Custom Solutions
1 — Consultation & Requirements Analysis
A well-designed container starts with the right questions. What are you storing or transporting? What loads does it need to carry? Does it need to stack, fold, or pass through automated systems? Will it be used outdoors, in cold storage, or in a food-grade environment? In this first step we gather everything we need to propose a solution that genuinely fits your operation.
02 — Concept Sketch
Once we understand your requirements, our engineers translate them into initial concept sketches. These hand-drawn or digital illustrations help visualize
geometry, proportions, and assembly logic early on — making it easy to iterate quickly before investing in detailed design work.
03 — Technical Drawing & CAD Design
Once the concept is agreed, our engineers translate it into accurate technical drawings and 3D CAD models. Every dimension, weld point, wire gauge, and connection detail is defined here. This is also where we validate that the design is practical to fabricate — and that it will perform reliably under real working conditions.
04 — Material & Surface Selection
Wire mesh containers aren’t one-size-fits-all when it comes to materials. We select wire gauges and frame profiles based on your load requirements, and choose the appropriate surface treatment — hot-dip galvanized for outdoor or humid environments, powder coated for colour coding or visual identification, or stainless steel for food, pharmaceutical, or chemical applications. The right choice here determines longevity and total cost of ownership.
05 — Prototype & Sample
Before series production begins, we manufacture an initial sample for your evaluation. You can test it in your real environment — check that it fits your racking, passes through your conveyor system, handles your actual load, and meets your team’s practical requirements. Adjustments at this stage are fast and low-cost.
06 — Quality Check & Approval
The sample is measured and checked against the agreed specification — dimensions, weld quality, surface finish, load capacity. We document the results and present them to you clearly. Only once you’ve reviewed and approved the sample do we move forward into production.
07 — Series Production
With design approved and quality confirmed, we move into series production. Whether your requirement is a few dozen units or several thousand, our processes are set up for consistent output and reliable delivery. Every container in the series is built to the same standard as your approved sample.
Ready to get started?
Not every project starts the same way. Maybe you have detailed drawings ready to go. Maybe you’re still at the napkin-sketch stage. Maybe you’re not even sure yet if your idea is feasible in plastic. Whatever stage you’re at — we’re the right first call. Share your project with us and let’s explore what’s possible together.
