Custom Solutions
1 — Consultation & Requirements Analysis
A well-designed container starts with the right questions. What do you need to store or transport? What loads must it withstand? Does it need to be stackable, collapsible, or suitable for automated systems? Will it be used outdoors, in the cold chain, or in a food-safe environment? In this first step, we gather everything needed to propose a solution that truly fits your operations.
This also includes selecting the right material, because not every material is suitable for every application. Together with you, we determine the ideal material, whether steel with electrolytic bright zinc plating or powder coating, stainless steel for food, pharmaceutical, and chemical applications, or plastic for chemical resistance and low weight. The right choice defines durability and total cost of ownership.
02 — Concept Sketch
Once your requirements have been defined, our engineers translate them into initial concept sketches. These hand-drawn or digital illustrations help visualize geometry, proportions, and assembly logic at an early stage, allowing for fast adjustments before investing in detailed engineering.
03 — Technical Drawing & CAD Design
Once the concept is agreed, our engineers translate it into accurate technical drawings and 3D CAD models. Every dimension, weld point, wire gauge, and connection detail is defined here. This is also where we validate that the design is practical to fabricate — and that it will perform reliably under real working conditions.
05 — Prototype & Sample
Before moving into series production, we recommend building a prototype. This allows you to test the container in your real working environment, verify that it integrates smoothly into your processes, and ensure it meets the practical requirements of your team.
This step is optional, but any adjustments are significantly easier to implement at this stage than later during series production. Only after your approval do we proceed to full-scale manufacturing.
07 — Series Production
Once the design has been approved and the quality standards have been validated, we begin industrial series production. Whether you need a few dozen units or several thousand, our processes are designed to ensure consistent quality and reliable delivery.
Every container in the series is manufactured to the same standard as your approved sample.
Ready to get started?
Not every project starts the same way. Maybe you have detailed drawings ready to go. Maybe you’re still at the napkin-sketch stage. Maybe you’re not even sure yet if your idea is feasible. Whatever stage you’re at — we’re the right first call. Share your project with us and let’s explore what’s possible together.
